You can always tell a Physie girl in photos.Emma from Westside Physie in Qld is mother of 5 year old Jessica. She told their teacher, “Jessica went straight into Physie mode for her school photos today, standing tall with her shoulders back… I half expected her to start marching!”
Here’s a photo of Jessica in her school uniform. What a great thing to see such good posture in such a young child. In a world where kids are stooping over computers, phones and games, physie is the perfect antidote to ‘text neck syndrome’.
