As you prepare for the upcoming interclubs, think about how you need to feel to perform at your best. What calms you down, what pumps you up and what makes you feel confident?

Music can be a wonderful way to focus and visualise as well as assist you in blocking out distractions as you prepare to take the floor.
Once you are familiar with your ideal mindset, you can get started on creating a playlist to listen to as you warm up for your performance.
