Physie teacher Simone is super proud to reintroduce Physie to Bateman’s Bay
on the stunning south coast of NSW, where there hasn’t been a physie club
for decades. This brand-new annexe of Ulladulla club fills the much-needed
gap between Moruya Broulee and Ulladulla.
Excitement grows as members approach term 2 when classes will be held in the
dance studio at the Bay Pavilions Arts Centre. Simone offers extra stretch
and strength classes in between Physie lessons to help members with their
Physie and to encourage women from the broader community into the physical
foundations of Physie: core strength, agility, breath and control of
movement.
Simone loves catering for women of all ages and abilities and fostering the
bonds of friendship that Physie sparks. She hopes every member will enjoy
the physical movement, music, friendship, fun and personal accomplishment
that comes with being a Physie girl.
If you know someone in Bateman’s Bay who might like to join, direct them to
the “Find a Club” page of the BJP website.
