Gillieston Heights Physie launched on 5th January with a huge celebration in the park adjacent to their beautiful Community Hub where classes will run from February.

The club was created by three passionate and Physie-obsessed local women: Vivian, Caitlin and Michelle. With many years of Physie experience between them, they are excited to be able to offer Physie right in the heart of the ever-growing community of Gillieston Heights in regional NSW.

The club’s motto is “we rise by lifting others” and the teachers aim to do this through fostering the values of friendship, inclusion, community, family and achievement. They have been overwhelmed with support from the community already and look forward to beginning classes and working closely to help members achieve their goals and have lots of fun along the way.

If you know anyone in the Gillieston Heights area looking to try Physie in 2024 please let them know about this new club.
