On 2nd November 150 ladies who had qualified for Nationals in their zone competed at Sydney Olympic Park for the title of National Champion. The overall Ladies title was won by Deanna from Albion Park Rail (pictured here) who, when asked how she felt, said “It’s all a bit surreal and hasn’t really sunk in yet!” Deanna will hold the title for 12 months until next November when she will challenge the 2012 winners.
The Ladies National Champions of the four sections were:
1st Year Ladies – Bec, Woy Woy Recreational (Central Coast)
2nd Year Ladies – Jasmine, Surfers Paradise (Queensland)
Under 33 Ladies – Deanna, Albion Park Rail (Wollongong)
33 & Over Ladies – Rebecca, Speers Point (Newcastle)
