Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?
Yes but only on the actual day of the event from 9am, if not sold out prior.
What is the Sydney Opera House processing fee?
$8.95 per order
Can I buy tickets by phone?
Yes. Call 1300SOHTIX 9am-5pm 7 days a week, from 9am 7/10/25.
Will both events sell out?
We expect Session 2 to sell out quickly but it is possible that Session 1 will not sell out immediately. We can’t really know what the demand will be until tickets go on sale.
Why are seats close to the stage the lowest price?
C reserve tickets are close to the performers, but they are not front viewing, so it can be difficult to see the competitor’s numbers. However, if you are willing to sit here you can go to both events for just $5 more than last year’s single ticket price.
Where are the different seating sections?
A reserve is stalls and lower dress circle, B reserve is upper dress circle and C reserve is behind and at the sides of the stage.
Can patrons stay inside during the break?
No. The Sydney Opera House staff will completely clear the venue between these separate events.
Will there be an interval in each session?
No. However, there is a 90 minute break between sessions for dinner or refreshments.
What are the start times?
Session 1 is 4.30-6.30pm and Session 2 is 8.00-10.30pm.
