We love this story that was sent in to us. It just goes to show that everyone can do Physie!
“We were holding our usual Physie class in Parkes a few weeks ago when this stray cat wandered into our hall one evening during the 14’s class.
The cat followed the girls around the room whilst they marched, and lazed around while they were stretching. When the girls moved onto their crosses to start warm-up, I told the cat that if it wanted to stay for the class then it needed to go and stand on the spare cross – which it promptly did! The cat was nicknamed Pinky – although it turned out to be a boy! We are happy to say that it was adopted by one of our physie families!”
