What do you like to do in the physie break?
To be honest, the high from Physie lasts a few weeks so I’m dancing in the living room most days (just ask my roomies). Teaching dance also keeps my passion alive, and seeing the girls so invested and living through their little successes keeps me inspired. HOWEVER, a day on the beach never goes astray!
What’s your favourite hobby or something that people might not know about you?
I love board games, especially puzzles and cards with a movie and an early night. I’m actually little grandma on the inside.
How do you keep fit, healthy and flexible over the break so that you’re ready for the new year?
I’m always dancing around when any decent music is on haha. When there’s no classes I love to go to ballet at the Sydney Dance Company and teaching baby & juniors classes at the dance studio keeps me on my toes.
