What do you like to do in the physie break?

What’s your favourite hobby or something that people might not know about you?
Of course my favourite hobby is physie! And
I also love spending time with my little girl Isla. We love spending hours walking and playing at the park, reading a billion books a day, dancing ALL day long, watching videos of ‘mummy dancing’ as requested by Isla, and singing/dancing with The Wiggles.
Something people may not know about me is I’m a bit of perfectionist! Bradley and I are currently building our first house so a lot of my time has been invested into making sure our new home is what we’ve always dreamt it to be.
How do you keep fit, healthy and flexible over the break so that you’re ready for the new year?
Over the physie break I like to give my body a bit of time to recover after the physie year. My exercise is generally achieved within hobbies and fun activities such as Mummy/Isla workouts and stretching, playing in the backyard or at the park, different adventures with the family and of course dancing around the house the majority of the day!
