The first interclubs of the season begin tomorrow! (where did that year go?)

For many, the start of the comp season is a familiar excitement.  For others, it’s a whole new experience and can feel a little daunting.

But don’t worry.  There is only one thing you have to do when the time comes and the comp starts and it’s this:  Just do your best.  No one can ever ask anything more of you.

Remember that everyone else is just as nervous as you.  So why not try talking to them – tell them where you’re from and what you love about physie.  You just might make a new friend!

As a wise teacher said to me recently “The only thing my girls have to do is have fun!”

So… good luck and remember to enjoy yourself.
