What do we do? Variety is the spice of life so in physie we teach a bit of everything…
warm-up • ballet • exercises • aerobic dance • jazz • hip hop • stretch • yoga
All our clubs operate independently – we give them the routines and they teach you.
Classes are once or twice a week for KIDS and ADULTS of all ages from 3 years up.
