ASTRIDE SIT
The most common error at astride sit is leaning forward. The best way to practice is against a wall, making sure that your hips and shoulders are touching the wall. Now try to rotate your legs outwards, bringing your pinky toes towards the floor, not your big toes. Having good posture and turned out legs is more important than how wide your legs are.
