Today I will remember to breathe. Any time I feel stressed, rushed or anxious I will stop and take a deep breath. Or three! As I breathe deeply, I will notice my ribs expanding in all directions and I will let the air out slowly, slowly, slowly. This will help my nervous system to calm me down. Today I will remember that I am enough. I will remember to accept that some things are out of my control. I will simply be grateful that I have clean air to breathe.
