Betty Harris has been around physie for ever! Anyone who ever competed at Blacktown zone will remember “Little Betty”, her happy nature and smiling face (and cooking!) Now Betty’s daughter and grand-daughter both teach physie and Betty is back! At class that is, and still doing the splits at 75 years of age. She’s very proud of both her daughters and grand-daughter and says “physie keeps my body moving”. Betty you are amazing!
