Here are some easy, creative and effective training ideas that Physie girls of all ages can try right in the comfort of your living room, backyard, or bedroom. Let’s get moving!

Practice Physie Fitness

Staying strong and flexible helps every Physie girl shine on the floor.
Here are a few exercises to try every day:

  • Bridges – to improve back strength

  • Planks – for core control

  • Point and flex drills – to strengthen ankles and improve lines

  • Splits holds – to work on flexibility

  • Side leg lifts – for controlled kicks and turns

Remember: little and often is the key. Even 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference!

Stretch, Breathe & Visualise

Take a quiet moment to stretch gently, focus on your breathing and visualise yourself performing your routine confidently and calmly.

Mental practice is just as powerful as physical practice—especially before comps!

Final Tip: Be Kind to Yourself

Remember, progress takes time. Some days you’ll feel amazing and other days will feel a little tougher—and that’s okay! The most important thing is to keep showing up, trying your best and having fun with your Physie journey.
