Long Sit – Toes
At long sit, your legs should be in parallel, which means they are not turned out, your knees are on top. It’s a common mistake to try to bring the pads of the big toes to touch each other. Don’t do this as it will make your feet sickle which is incorrect. Try to bring the ankles together, which will make the sides of the big toes touch each other and help you to ‘wing’ your feet at the ankles.
